Steps for hiring

  • Browse through our kids chair range and also check out our props range as we might have something else to make your little one’s birthday extra special.

  • Once you have decided on the items you are after, click on the contact us button and fill in the details and send it through. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail as our reply email may end up there.

  • We will go through your booking details and respond with confirmation of availability, along with providing you with a quote. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail as our reply email may end up there.

  • If you are happy to proceed with the booking, an invoice will be arranged and sent to your mobile number which will confirm your booking. Communication will be via text message from this point onwards.

  • Once your booking is confirmed with an invoice, communication will be via text message with all information relating to details for collection/delivery date and times and other changes. Full payment for your booking can be made on handover of items or prior via bank transfer. Full payment must be confirmed before items are handed over.

    1. Hire is for maximum 2-3 days. Additional charges for longer hire periods.

    2. Customer pickup is available. Collection times will vary but will be organised in advance. We are located in Point Cook, 3030. Collection can be arranged for the day before your party date so you have more time to setup and prepare.

    3. Delivery: We also offer delivery at an extra fee, which can help take away the stress of having to organise time out of your schedule to collect and return the items. Delivery can be arranged for the day before the party.

    4. Bond fee is charged for all hire. Amount is calculated and added to your quote. Bond fee is refunded at the return of hired items if no damages and no delays in returning items.

    5. Deposit may be required for certain items such as personalised decals.
